10 Days to Go!

Actually 6 Days to go!

The csection is scheduled for 7:15 am on the 6th! And Jordan and I are both super excited to see what she looks like! Im all sorts of nervous but more excited than anything. As you all know Pj didn't come out like we had planned he would and I wasn't even awake. So I keep asking Jordan all sorts of questions. Like how long it will take? Everything looked great at my appt on tuesday and I have one last appt next tuesday. Ya for some reason I've had to schedule them on my most busy days. I work at two on tuesdays. Actually next tuesday will be my last day of work for two months. Im excited about that too. Well sorta work was my time outta the house. I do have lots of fun things to do for my self planned. The first few weeks are SLEEP! That is when ever I can get it hehehe!

I just wanted to update you all with the days left. Im just so excited!

We had a GREAT weekend at my moms. Most of the pix are from the parade but I stole some from my mom. This one I obviously stole cause its of me. grrrr Im so big.

I LOVE this pic of all the boys in their july outfits. This was just before the races. PJ was SOOO tired and ornery he missed his race. But Jake won a quarter and Locke got 2nd!

There was an Oveson Family reunion around five oclock that night. That was alot of fun and there was a lot of good food. It was nice to see everyone there. Pj was a pro at the pinata! and he got quite a bit of candy from that.

Then there were the fireworks! They were really awesome this year. Minus the screaming kid. I think he LOVED the lights but HATED the noise. It was also 10pm so WAY past his bed time. And he only got one mesquito bit outta the whole ordeal. Right in the middle of his forehead.

Sunday morning we headed home after sleeping thru chruch. (it was a nice idea though) Almost into price Pj threw up all over himself. Curdled milk GROSS! He has been throwing up on and off since. This morning he seems to be doing well. I think most of his problem now is that he is WAY hungry and shoves Everything in his mouth at once, and then chokes on it. All he wanted for breakfast this morning was mac and cheese. I did get him to eath peaches and crackers.

Now the thing we are looking forward to is Paisley and I can now pack for it, since all our tirps are over with for now. Well Pj is crying and wanting something. Enjoy the pics.

Its always a good time here at the Nelsons's. Pj is always doing something silly. I sure am glad he learned to love the boots though. Hope you enjoyed our sillyness.

20 Days till Dday.

Or Jordans Bday. I actually have 16 days till the scheduled csection!! ahhhhhhhh!

and only 9 more days at work!

I can't believe its so close. Went to the dr last thursday and the fluid levels are great. hahaha I didn't even make it to the pool. I am however hoping to get pj to the pool before she is born. Poor kid HATES pools and I would like to get him in it at least once this summer. My mom said she did get the kids a shark pool for this weekend so he will at least get to play in a little water. Besides the tub. He is still doing great in his big boy bed. He doesn't sleep as much during naps. We should probably put those toys away.

Saturday we had laid him down for a nap and 40 min go by with no sound from pj. Unitl we hear him crying. Hmmmm that was a short nap for pj. (usually 2-3 hrs) So Jordan goes up to see what the problem is. Apparently he had his hand stuck down in his ball popper. ( I wish we had a pic of this) He got him out and put him back to bed. Slept for 2 or so hrs and was as happy as could be the rest of the night. (he's become a bit whiney, not suprisingly since he isn't taking the naps he use to) I love getting him up for the morning or naps. I walk in to a HUGE smile and a wave. He is usually sitting on his bed reading one of two books. Cat in the hat or I love you through and through. The last I usually read him when I am putting him down.

He is such a sweet little boy. He loves to give hugs and of course kisses. Which usually have to be on the mouth. Which Im sure some people don't enjoy the slobbers. But boy does his mommy and daddy enjoy them no matter whats on his mouth. His new words are "get out" and "who's that" We are always telling him to get out. Especially when we are in the bathroom and didn't close the door tight enough. He still LOVES his cars room and says vrroom vroom every time he sees cars. Well little man needs a diaper change and possibly an early nap.

SIck again!

Not sure what he has but its not fun. He threw up this morning and has been pretty good since. Just really whiney! He threw a huge tantrum cause I wouldn't let him play with his gatorade cried so hard that he almost threw up. Then he curled up to my chest and fell asleep. Thankfully he let me put him down and this is what my sweet boy looks like now.
I love seeing him sleep. He is such a cutie pie!

Paisley Rae

Don't ya just LOVE her chubby cheeks?
I thought it was so crazy what we could see on the ultra sound yesterday. The little bubbley things by her neck is the umbilical cord. Don't worry the lady checked and its not around her neck. (yet, cause she is still moving like crazy) I think the best thing ever was we got to see her blink! That was so crazy to me. She aslo didn't like being poked so like Pj she kicked at the ultra sound wand thingy. Pj LOVED looking at his little sister too. (Althought probably not as much as he likes seeing himself on tv.) She is about 6lbs and her head is only a week ahead. Which Pjs was about 4 weeks ahead. My aminiotic fluid is a bit low, which means I have to drink ALOT more water (grrrrr I guess the bathroom and I are going to be even better friends.) Dr Young also suggested hyrdro therapy. Which means I have to get into the dreaded swim suit (not eve sure it fits) and walk around in a pool for a little bit everyday. So if any one would like to baby sit or come to the orem rec center (I have a pass there) then just let me know! I go in next thursday to check up on that. YES and I only gained a pound in the past two weeks. Im doing so much better with this one on the weight gain thing. Hope you all enjoy the pics of Paisley and I should have a few pix of Pj after the weekend. Sara and I are headed to Cleveland. Enjoy your weekend. I know I will (at least until saturday at work that is).

What Pen?

Certainly my child would never write on anything with a pen. And deffinately not on himself. He doesn't even know what a pen is yet! Hahahahaha he does now. The markings on his arm are from his father. Pj is a talented boy but he deffinately doesnt' know how to write actual words or letters yet!

And did you know its hard to get a 17 month old to hold still for a photo. So I hope you can see all the little markings on his tummy! I'd better go hide the scissors now! Cause Im sure cutting the hair is coming next! Oh so soon?
We took off his shirt when we got home from church cause it was so hot and it was a long sleeved shirt. We both felt he just looked adorable like this. Don't you? (that is until the pen came out)

We have such a cute little vein boy. Yep he has just been going crazy looking at all these pix of himself. I can't believe how big he is getting. Update ont he big boy bed. He is STILL sleeping thru the ngiht in it. We have to lay with him till he goes to sleep at night but is a good boy and goes down for his nap on his own. Some stupid kids and fireworks were a bit of a set back for us all. I walk in the door a little after 11pm and there sits pj on the floor in front of his dad on the couch. Aparently Pj was to bed at 830 and some stupid kids set off some bottle rockets (arent' those illegal) right next to our house. He finally fell back to sleep at midnight and I was able to get some good rest myself. (minus the hip pain and constant trips to the bathroom) Speaking of does anyone know any good stretchs for the hip where my belly won't get in the way?

I have another Dr appt on thursday. We get an ultrasound HURRAY. And the strep b test. Thankfully Jordan will be coming to this one to watch the little monster. I don't think he would be willing to just sit in his stroller thru all that let alone let all those people touch his mommy.

Well its time to go the monster is in need of a nap already. That is what we get from late nights!

OH and I call him a monster but he really is the best little boy ever! I mean are there many 17 months old that will sleep on a new bed in a new room thru the entire night the second night we try putting him in there? And he really doesn't throw that many tantrums. Mostly when he is tired.

Our Big Boy!

This is Pj in his new room taking a nap!

Im happy to announce that Pj has now slept in his new big boy room twice now. Once last night that was actually on his bed and once for nap today. It took Jordan about 2 hrs to go to sleep last night but he did it. And it was so cute to see him in there on his bed this morning. With his legs hangin off the bed! So I was SOOO worried that I would have to take a nap in there with him today. I didn't sleep well at all last night and while his bed may be more comfy than the floor, its not by much. So we went to visit a friend and Pj fell asleep on the ride home. So I decided I was just going to do my usual nap routine as when he was in his crib. Lay him down give him the binkie and put a small blanket on top of him. He got up and played as you can see. But he did fall asleep and he is naping so well. Its been like three hrs now. Im sure he played for like 30min to and hr so a 2 hr nap is pretty good. Mind you he is still going. OH and I forgot to mention he slept thru the night also. He didn't wake up till I went in and checked on him and he didn't even wake up then till I was half way to his bed. Im so proud of him. I was pretty worried he would be attached to his crib. But now all Im worried about is that darn binkie which he can have till he is 18 if it lets me sleep at night. hahaha
