The Boy Got Chalked!
Sorry these pix aren't very big. I had to download them to my photo bucket account cause I downloaded them to my computer. Anyway. We visited Grandma and Granpa Wilson and Pj Didn't like riding the horse much.
He always throws things just out of his reach and then cries cause he wants it. This time it was that football. Which he LOVED!

Night Owl!
Now the girl. She just teases me. She acts like she's going to go to sleep and I have hope for like .5 sec and then I look back at her again and her eyes are wide open. Im NOT looking forward to going back to work if she is still doing this then! I've got one month to help her at least realize night time is for sleep. Cause I really don't mind getting up with her and feeding her or changing her diaper. But these late night parties (just staying awake and wanting a little attention) they are killers!
Ok well it looks like she may be going to sleep again. Lets hope Im lucky enough for that. Hope you all have a wonderful night/ morning.

Hormones?
Or is it the lack of hormones that make me cry over everything. Hehehe! Pj has been a bit whiney lately. And really I can't blame him. He doesn't get near the attention he use to get. He has to wait to eat if Paisley started eating first. His mommy can't pick him up at all. So that means we don't go outside as much, cause well I usually have to drag him inside when its time to go in. Not to mention he runs off every other second. He cried for what seemed like forever tonight and it totally broke my heart. We finally took him outside and he got to see his best friend Peter and was sooooo happy! Probably the happiest I've seen him all day long.
Its a busy week this week. I have a dr appt tomorrow (thankfully Sara is going to watch Pj) then I have an appt with the lactation consultant at one. (thankfully the neighbor is home and willing to listen for Pj so he can take his nap, plus I would never want to take him to that appt) Then thursday Pj and Paisley have dr appts. 18month and 2 weeks. Can you believe its been 2 weeks already. Sissy's cord finally fell off. Thankfully, Pjs took much longer than that. So tomorrow she gets a real bath. Well one in a little pink tub anyway. Hurray I HATE sponge baths. I can never get the desitine off that way. Well Sissy is finally falling asleep and I need to get some rest before she gets up again.

Just doing some comparing!
So I was wondering how much Parker and Paisley look alike. I mean when Pj was a baby, cause I know they don't look anything alike right now.

Happenings!
Jordans bday party was a blast. I unfortunately didn't take any pix. I was a bit busy getting all the food and what not put together. Plus feeding sissy. (Ya we've started calling her sissy, its easier for Pj to say.) Alot of Jordans family came over and we had a full house. I made Jordans cake and it actually turned out pretty good. You all should come over and visit and I'll feed ya some! Jordan got a binder from me and the kids (yep its still weird to say kids) It was mostly utah. We put pj's and paisley's hand prints and foot prints on the folders on the inside. That was fun! OH and Pj got to color the wrapping paper. He LOVED that!
Jordan has been working alot lately and so its just been me and Pj and Paisley. I guess it will be like this for a couple of weeks. So if any of you want to come visit please do. Nap time is at noon every day so if you want to come then plan on watching Paisley. Hehehe just kidding.
Paisley is doing great. Not sleeping as well as she did the first night or two. She seems to think that is awake time until like midnight now. Not sure why that is. But then she sleeps for three hrs stretchs after that. Speaking of which its time for her to eat. Enjoy the only pic I have sorry Im not so good with that lately. Maybe we will do that later today.

Im not going to write all that mushy stuff that you already know. I just wanted you to know you are loved and we can't wait for you to get off work and we can eat your cake!
We LOVE you!

Paisley Rae Nelson

Well we made it home from the hospital. I am posting this early in the morning cause my daughter is amazing. She let me sleep for three hrs and then wanted some food. She has been awake and just laying on the ground ever since. And since I am awake now I might as well update you on our little adventures.
As you all know we had a csection scheduled for Aug 6th at 7:15am! Well I guess she didn't like that date and time so she made her appearance early. My water broke at 2:30am on tuesday Aug 4th! Or did it? That was the debate that was running thru my mind. And then it was "should I wake up Jordan?" Well I didn't have to wake him up, cause I started shaking at the thought we could be having our baby early and he asked me what was wrong. He was nice enough to make a phone call to his brother and his wife to come watch Pj. (thank you lisa and derek)
We weren't in the hospital long before we found out my water actually HAD broke! And that we weren't leaving the hospital that day. We then had a decision to make. Try for a VBAC or go for the csection? After a little debate and a convo with my mother we decided for the csection. A decision I will never regret making. By the time we were headed back to be prepped for the csection I could barely even feel any contractions.
I must say I didn't really like getting the spinal. It was a bit more painful than I remember the epidural. However it was VERY effective and I actually got to be awake for her birth. I won't go into all the goury(sp?) details. Like how SICK I was for a few hrs after. She was born at 7:04am Aug 4th. 7lbs and 20in long! Just 7oz smaller than her older brother was.
Jordan got to go snuggle and play with Paisley while they stitched me up. To be honest I tried to sleep and relax while Dr Young talked to whoever was in there about the history of csections.
I didn't get to hold Paisley for a while after getting to our room. (Those are goury details, just ask Jordan and any one else that was in the room at the time) And she cried quite a bit til I was able to feed her. She hasn't cried much since. Its such a wonderful, amazing feeling to hold your child in your arms for the first time. Just to have it cut short by a bought of throwing up. hehehe I would say she looks alot like me when I was a baby. Only time will tell what she will look like. She does look alot like Pj when he was first born too though. And we ALL know who he looks like now!
It really SUCKED the next day to find out Jordan had Hand, Foot and Mouth desease. I think thats what its called and I really don't know or understand what it was. All I know is he wasn't allowed back into the hospital and it REALLY sucked for all of us. Thankfully I have a wonderful sister who came to visit EVERY day. And a great sister in law who brought me all the stuff Jordan was going too. (stuff that didn't get packed cause well I was suppose to have 2 more days to get that done. Yes Im a procratinator (sp?)) Oh and a wonderful mother who I don't know what I would do with out her. She has done so much for us it would take all night to list it all. Thankfully Jordan was just a phone call away and I could talk to him that way. I missed him sooo much and am so glad I get to see him now.
So after three long days in the hospital we are finally home. My mom came to pick us up this afternoon. I hadn't seen Pj in a couple days so of course I cried when I saw him. He looked like he grew a couple inchs. And he had a really cute new outfit on. I came home to a nice clean house. (thank you sooo much jordan, and I think my mom did some too) We just relaxed until Jordan got home from work. I wanted to cry when he got home too, but we had a few visitors so I held my tears.
Paisley is a really great baby she doesn't cry much at all, and well now that I've said it Im sure she will prove me wrong. She actually has been very content while I sit here and update all my internet stuff. And hopefully when Im done she will fall right to sleep.
Thank you to all that came and visited in the hospital and has helped us out. And a HUGE thank you to my mom. How drove up here at 4am to see the birth, then took my crazy toddler for three days and then drove back up here to pick us up from the hospital. Who has helped out in so many other ways! You really are great. We can't wait to see you and Jake on monday. OH and drive safely!
Thank you to Sara who's taken a TON of pix, visited me when im bored. Brought me food, and kept everyone updated.
Thank you Kara for bringing me all the stuff and for the flowers.
Thank you Derek and Lisa for getting up so early in the morning to watch Pj for us.
Thank you to everyone else who visited, and to all those who will visit.
Paisley is asleep now so I think I should be too.
