Another Dr. Appointment

This time they checked my iron. She said 12.7 or something like that which is with in the normal rang. !2-18 I guess? I have to count the babies movement daily. Sounds like a hard job but its not. I have to lay on my side and count how many times he kicks in an hr. Up to 10. I usually get it with in the first 10min, so Parker makes it really easy on me. I think she said the heart beat was 145. Wow I can't beleive its already 30 and a 1/2 weeks. That is soooooo crazy. I already feel huge and I still have ten weeks to go. I have some pretty bad stretch marks to. The only bad thing about them besides they look ugly is that they itch. Oh well I'd rather be itchy than throwing up all the time.

Thanksgiving was good. I worked that morning from 9-4pm. They had some pretty good food other than I worked on a unit that ate last. Which ended up not being such a bad thing cause they let us eat as much food as we wanted and everyone else didn't even get seconds. :0 Then I got home and put up the christmas tree. Didn't get the lights or anything else on it, but at least it was up. I got it decorated a couple days later. And today I am finishing up the rest of the decorations. Slowly but surely. Ive taken a lot of breaks. HEHEHE

Family Christmas party on the 26th- We are making ham. Most of you probably already know that. If you would like to make something special let me know other wise I will be assigning you something. And if you want to bring any fun games to play I thought that would be fun. Also I was thinking that we would need a folding table and some more chairs. Our table will only fit 6 and since our family has grown alot bigger than that we will need more room. If you have any of these just let us know too. Thank you so much for all of your ideas.

Not a lot going on

Ok so I don't have a lot to post on today. Not a whole lot has been happening, mostly just work. We have another birthing class tonight that should be fun. We are going to watch some videos and then take a tour of the hospital. I am excited for that cause from the out side the hospital looks really small. I have seen part of the womens center when I had to go get my rhogam shot. And who knows maybe that is all there is to it. I guess we will find out tonight. I finally got all the invites done and almost all of them mailed or handed out. I still have to take jess and janet theirs, but ya.

Yeah its almost time to decorate for christmas. I am sooooo excited for that. I think I will pull the decorations out tomorrow before I go in to work. And then hide them from Jordan so he doesn't hide them from me. For some reason he doesn't want me to decorate until december. Come on decemeber is only a week away. Then I will get it done after I get off work on thursday. Yep I have to work on Thanksgiving. Its ok though cause that is the one day a year they actually have good food. It is catered. HAHAHA and I only have to work 9-4. So that isn't to bad.

See that is all that is going on with me. Baby stuff and work. Hehehe

Another busy week

Yep you guessed it I had another really busy week. The internet was down since thursday so I am really behind on reading every one else's blog. And posting on mine. I worked this weekend alot.

I had my Dr. appointment yesterday. Everything went well. The babies heart rate was 156. I gained 2lbs. And all of my tests came back normal. So I don't have gestational diabetes. Hurray! I've been celebrating with frosties the last two days. I got the rhogam shot on thursday. Didn't hurt a bit. I got the flu shot yesterday. That one made my arm sore. So the girl that gave me the shot, poked herself with my needle so I had to go in today and sign some papers and get my blood tested for hiv and hep C. This wasn't a plesant experience. They had to poke me three times to finally get blood. The ones in the usual spot didn't hurt a bit but she tried one in my hand and it hurt pretty bad. That is when I started getting light headed. This is why I treated myself to a frosty today too. So I am now down to my dr. appoinments being every two weeks. Can't say that I like that to much. Other than it puts us closer to the big day.

I am having a baby shower on the 8th of december. I will be getting the invites out shortly. It is more like an open house type of thing so you can come anytime between 2 and 6pm. I figured that would work better for a lot of people including the friends from work. For those of you who don't want to come, don't, I won't be upset.

I am getting super excited to decorate for christmas. Ive decided the christmas tree will be in the bay window in the dinning room. It would just fit better in there. I walked through the christmas decorations isle at walmart today. That was a lot of fun

Really Busy

Ok I know it has been a long while since I have posted. I have been super busy. I had worked a lot of days and that cuts into my computer time. My birthday was fantastic Jordan gave me a foot spa which I absolutely love. I almost fall asleep eveytime I use it. We didn't do anything super special. Jordan got off work early and suprised me with having the whole house vacuumed. His family came over and we ate pizza. He also bought me a cake which we haven't even touched. I was so full of pizza after I completely forgot we had a cake. I think I will take it to work with me tonight and share it. We sold my saturn ion and got us a ford focus. We got a pretty good deal on the Ion and came out on top, so we are pretty happy for that. Now we shouldn't have any problems getting those Dr. bills paid for after the baby gets here. And if we have any unexpected car problems both cars are covered under warrenty. I finally got my entire house cleaned and pictures hung. Of course it is dirty again, but not near as bad as it was and I have a day or two off this week to get it under control. Winnie is struggling with the time change. HEHEHE she just couldn't wait till I let her out this morning at 8am. Thank goodness it was only pee.

Ok now for the christmas party. It looks like we will be having it on the 26th of december probably around 6pm (for those who have to work that day) We will be having ham so if there is anything you would really like to bring just let me know, or I will be calling you with an assignment. Sara and I also decided it would be a good idea to draw names this year. If you haven't gotten your name let us know and we can tell you who you got. Remember that the limit is $30.

Well I hope all has a good week Ive got things to do. Or else I would still be in bed.

the babies room

This is the babies room right after I got it all taped. That is the crib I will get a better pic of it later when the room is done being painted.

This is my friend Serena she came to help me. It was her first time painting and well she was way better than me.
This is the first coat and I think it looks pretty good. Jordan will have to help me get the second coat done tonight. It's pretty close to the actual color but not quite the camera kinda changed it. But its close enough to get a good idea.
