Funny Story of the Day!

Yesterday I thought I'd take the kids for a walk on the trail.  NOT the best plan especially w/o a double stroller!  I had a crying 2yr old trailing me the whole way.  Im not sure what his problem was on the way there, but on the way back it seems we were headed the wrong way.  Thank goodness the 1 yr old was perfectly content watching the 2 yr old look like a fool!

Potty training Saga!

I know this isn't the one that is potty training.

but she was part of the drama today!

So I let Pj wear his underpants before breakfast today.  He was eating breakfast and all the sudden got up set and told me he wanted his diaper back on. (It took me a while to figure out that is what he was saying)  So I took him to the potty and let him sit there for a min to see if he would go. (no such luck)  But at least he knows when he's gotta go.  So I put him back in his diaper per his request.  I walk up to the table where Pai was in her high chair.  The banana I was helping her eat was not on the table.  She ate the WHOLE banana and part of the peel!  She actually had a large peel in her mouth.  What a silly girl!

You're Going To Miss This!

I came to a realization this morning after trying to recover from my dreams!

I really am going to miss this!

We have been doing alot of car switching lately so the car seats were in the house.  It was Pai's favorite seat int he house!

So getting back to why Im going to miss this.  I had a dream which came after one of  Pai's late night scream sessions.  (she can scream for hrs so last night I just took her down to the couch and let her cuddle for a little bit, it only took 20 min)  Any way I had a dream that she was a teenager;.  And she didn't want to have anything to do with me.  And she argued with the best of them!  It made me so sad that she was such a bratt and didn't want anything to do with me.  I have to remember this when she screams everytime I leave the room even if its just to get a drink.  Or when she wakes up in the middle of the night. (Im a bear with out a decent amount of sleep)  Or when her and her brother get into it over some stupid toy.  I will definately miss her taunting her brother in time out (although Im sure I have alot of that left) her cute little laughs. (her cries lately even sound like laughs, which make me laugh and make her cry even more) Her ability to eat nonstop!

And suprisingly Pj hasn't had as many tantrums lately.  He has actually been a real trooper!  Although this morning at 730 I am awakened to the sound of his door opening and slamming shut.  So I finally yell at him to stop before he wakes his sister.  No sooner had I said that than I hear one of her ear peircing screams! So much for getting my hair straightened before they wake up. 

I was getting Pai dressed for the day and had just put her shirt on her when she said "Daddy" in her cute little voice!  So I asked her where daddy was. And she pointed at the door.  Jordan can say all he wants that his kids love mommy more.  But they both said daddy way before they could say momma!

Camping! (Really late!)

We went camping last weekend.  It was alot of fun.  More vomit than I ever want to see in my life, but fun!

This was the first day.  Pj still feeling a bit sick after spending the night throwing up, but the fresh air and tylenol seemed to help!

This was Pai.  She didnt' have so much fun fishing! Cause there wasn't really anywhere for her to play.

The second Morning!  Pai had been throwing up all night.  So I pulled her play pen outside.

She didn't seem to mind.

I don't even remember what day this was.  the first morning Im guessing.  His dad was on the couch and pai was in the room sleeping.  I put Pj on the couch thinking he would fall asleep there and went in the other room to lay down.  I got up and this is where I found him.  Right in front of the door of the room he slept in!

Jordan got some fishing in.  Not alot since the kids weren't feeling the best and they were a bit ornery!

Morning #1 the other frowny face.  But he atleast let me know he was angry!  He actually cried for a good part of the first morning.

My family came up sunday night and monday and it was pretty fun.  I didn't get near the pix as they did.  But this is what I got! Thanks for the fun times!

She went to the Dr today (8-5) and these are her stats.

She started out at birth in the 35% at 14in.

She got three shots today and then had to get her blood drawn cause her iron is low.  She was a trooper and it only took ONE poke for the blood draw

Side note:  I absolutely HATE the new photo thing on blogger.  It is a headeache!!!  That is the reason the pix aren't in the order that I want them!
