This diet is designed to help you cope with the stress that builds up during the day.
Breakfast:1/2 grapefruit, one slice whole wheat toast, 8.oz skim milk
Lunch: 4oz lean broiled chicken breast, 1c steamed spinach, 1c herb tea, 1 oreo cookie.
Mid-Afternoon Snack: The rest of the Oreos in the package, 1 tub Hagen Daas ice cream with chocolate topping.
Dinner: 2 loaves garlic bread, 4 cans or 1 large pitcher Coke, 1 large pepperoni pizza, 3 snickers bars.
Late Evening News:Entire frozen Sara Lee cheesecake(eaten directly from freezer)REMEMBER:"Stressed" spelled backward is "desserts"
Maybe this will tell you how my week went. I wasn't even going to post my weight. Well I went back and forth on it. I have decided from now on I will post wether I gained or lost weight or what ever. Just because the humiliation of gaining weight will help me to get back on track the next week. That being said here are my stats.
Beginning weight: 181
Last weeks weight:179
This weeks weight:177
Percent of lost weight: 1.105%
I just weighed myself before I started this update. I was totally shocked. I haven't worked out once this week. I have eaten better than I was before I started this whole diet thing but not as good as I should have. From Sara's blog you will find I had pizza yesterday with her. (It was soooooooo good) I've been super stressed this week and I eat when I am stressed. Well I don't eat a ton I just don't eat healthy. When I am stressed I crave the sweets. And yes I have a secret stash that I will never tell any one where it is. I do have a little control. I'm not going to eat it all at once. But it sure is a good way to relax for some reason. Man I can't believe I told you all about my secret stash. Im not going to get rid of it cause I think that if I can get past those craving with that stuff around I will be better off. Any ways I don't know how I lost those two lbs. It could also be the stress cause I tend to do more house work and what not when I am stressed to. Who knows. I wil just be thankful that I still lost. So hey Jordan I know its no 7 lbs. But I didn't have to get up at 6am ever morning either. Oh wait I still did I just didn't go to the gym.
